Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.

We may call your mobile number to confirm the order before shipping. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund.

We accept cash on delivery, InstaPay and Fawry when enabled. InstaPay orders are confirmed after we check the transfer. A Fawry reference expires after the time printed on it.

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. The shipping fee and delivery time are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays and the courier. Please enter a correct address and mobile number.

You can request a return or exchange for unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, from the order tracking page.

We review the request and contact you to arrange pickup. After we check the piece we issue the exchange or refund the original payment method.

You can cancel from the tracking page before the order ships, unless it has been paid. After payment or shipping, please contact us.
